With over 40 years of experience in event management, Lance is a recognized authority in event safety and security, executive protection, crowd management, event traffic logistics, fire safety, alcohol safety, emergency response, active shooter preparedness, and loss prevention. He is frequently called upon as a consultant for event planning, logistics, community impact assessments, and on-site operations. Lance is a former college football player and holds degrees in Psychology and Healthcare Administration.
